The "Foundation to Suspension" series guides participants through the stages of rope bondage, from essential ties to full suspension. This structured three-day experience builds skills in a supportive environment. Each class builds on the previous one, and participants are highly encouraged to attend all three to get the most out of the experience. This series welcomes everyone, whether you're new or experienced, and focuses on core techniques, risk awareness, and negotiation. Having a partner is helpful but not required—most techniques can be practiced individually, and we will assist in finding partners for those who need one. Pairing must always be consensual.
Foundation to Suspension: First Suspension introduces participants to basic suspension techniques, focusing on a face-up, hands-free hammock-style suspension. Participants will learn to tie a Basic Chest Harness, Gunslinger Hip Harness, and Uplines, including the Y-Knot, Figure 8 Friction Hitch, and Tension Lock-Off. This is a practical, hands-on class with individualized support from the instructor, who will observe and guide participants throughout the practice sessions.
